King Abdullah instructed a former minister, Dr. Adnan Badran, to form a new government tasked with accelerating the process of reform which demands the participation and effective contribution of all segments of society to face political, economic and social challenges.

"It should be stressed that the process also includes political, judicial and media reform as well as freedom of speech and investment in the human capital which is our most valuable asset," said His Majesty the King.
