His Majesty King Abdullah's personal website has been named the best Arab website on the net in the first competition of its kind in the region.



The contest, organized by Dubai Internet City and the Assembly of Professionals and Technicians in Lebanon, seeks to promote innovation and creativity as well as encourage Arab designers to enhance the standards of technical excellence in the field of website design in the Arab world.

The organizing committee of the competition held a press conference on Wednesday in Dubai and announced the websites that won the competition's prizes in 17 different categories.
