His Majesty King Abdullah II late on Tuesday visited Prophet Mohammad tomb at Madinah Munawarah and performed prayer at Prophet Mohammad Mosque.

The King, currently on a visit to Saudi Arabia, arrived in Madinah from Mecca where he and the accompanying delegation performed Umrah (minor pilgrimage).

King Abdullah was received at Madinah Airport by Emir of Madinah Prince Megren Bin Abdel Aziz and senior Saudi officials.
