King attends military drill

His Majesty King Abdullah on Wednesday attended a security drill performed by the Darak Forces to mark Army Day, the Great Arab Revolt and the 10th anniversary of the King's accession to the Throne.

King Abdullah, who was accompanied by His Royal Highness Prince Ali Bin Al Hussein and Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff General Khaled Jamil Sarayrah, was briefed by the brigade commander on the exercise.

The drill included several field exercises with live ammunition.

At the end of the drill, the King commended the Darak's efforts to ensure security in the Kingdom.
