His Majesty King Abdullah II met on Tuesday with a number of Arab and International Defense and military officials, who are taking part in the Special Operation Forces Exhibition SOFEX 2004, which was inaugurated by His Majesty King Abdullah II today.



His Majesty met with British Minister for Defense Procurment Lord Bach, the Commander of British Special Forces, Brg. Gen. Jonathan Shaw, Sudanese Defense Minister Bakri Hassan Saleh, the Commander of American Special Forces Brg. Gen. Gary Harrel, and the Chief Staff of Qatari Armed Forces, Maj. General Hamad bin Ali Al Atieh.



During the meeting His Majesty reviewed military cooperation between Jordan and their respected countries, affirming that SOFEX Exhibition serves as forum to exchange military expertise and enhance technical cooperation in military fields.



The military officials voiced their appreciation over the distinguished level of organization of SOFEX and the large scale participation in the event.
