King Abdullah II visits Twal area in Jordan valley

His Majesty King Abdullah II Sunday called, during a visit to Twal area of the Jordan valley, for considering the establishment of a pioneer agricultural project in which the private sector and citizens of the region would participate.

The King urged officials to encourage citizens of such population centers towards productive activities through rehabilitation and training, as well as their participation in income generating projects.

Upon his majesty s directives, Ministry of Planning is due, during the coming days, to consider the establishment of a pioneer project for production of flowers and seeds in which the area s population and the private sector are due to participate.

His Majesty visited also the needy families of Tel Mantah village and gave instruction to meet their needs. During his visit to Tel Mantah School, the King stressed the necessity to afford proper ambiences for the students to step up their education level through rehabilitation of the school and affording infrastructure proper for a successful educational process.

His Majesty gave orders to build up a modern school that would afford better educational sphere for the students.
